My favorite outdoor activities include climbing, hiking, backpacking, trail running mountain biking, and paddling.

At Seedlings Outdoor Safety, we provide classes, courses, and host educational events about first aid and outdoor safety geared toward children and teens.
We believe that prevention and education are the foundation for safer outdoor recreation. We want our youth to feel empowered and safe while having fun exploring what our wonderful outdoor world has to offer!
